Active Ingredients

UlcerEze Oral Ulcer Patch contains natural calcium, silicon and phosphorus, does not contain any biological component.

Inactive Ingredients

Alcohol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinyl acetate.

Appearance

White round patch.

Indications

For use on all types of ulcers and small wounds of the oral mucosa including canker sores, aphthous ulcers and injuries caused by self-biting, braces and ill-fitting dentures.

Directions

1. Pop the patch out of its packaging.
2. Hold the patch using clean and dry finger(s) to the affected ulcer – for a few seconds.
3. Leave the patch on the ulcer surface until the patch is degraded.

Cautions

• Apply the patch half an hour before meals for the best effect.
• Keep out of the reach of Children.
• Do not use the product if the packaging is broken or damaged prior to use.
• Do not use more than directed or for more than 7 days unless directed by a dentist or doctor.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if: sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days; swelling, rash or fever develops; irritation, pain or redness persist or worsens.
• In case of accident swallowing resulting in airway obstruction, get medical help right away.

Three years from production.
